Upgrading the intake system is one of the best mods you can do for a K-series engine. Stock CL9 intake is restrictive, and no matter what you do, it won’t flow as well as a proper performance manifold.
This service includes full installation, vacuum simplification, wiring cleanup, and all necessary details to make sure everything is done right.
What’s Included?
• Removal of the factory manifold
• Installation of an upgraded manifold (RRC recommended)
• Installation of Thermal gasket between the manifold and the cylinder head
• Installation of bigger throttle body (J35 recommended)
• Installation of Thermal gasket between the manifold and throttle body
Cleanup:
• Unnecessary hoses, brackets, and plastic junk removed
• All vacuum lines routed properly for a cleaner look
• Custom vacuum adapter (included in the price) – a must
• New bolts for the intake manifold & throttle body
• All old hose clamps replaced with brand-new ones (including radiator hoses)
• Old plastic loom cover removed
• Wiring rewrapped with fabric tape for a clean, factory-style look
